A morning like any other, in a lesser-known place

Gura Ocniței is a commune in Dâmbovița County. Every morning, dozens of children from the surrounding villages arrive at the kindergarten here — with small schoolbags, big smiles and a curiosity that fills the yard with life. They are children like everyone else, but not all have the same resources, supplies or conditions to learn and develop.

Inequities start early

Differences between children sometimes appear right from kindergarten — where some have everything they need to learn and dream, while others start without the same tools.
The Robin Good Association aims to eliminate these inequities, so that every child, wherever they are born, has the chance to discover their potential and dream of a better future.

A community that deserves more

We admit, we didn’t know much about Gura Ocniței before we got there either. But we discovered a warm, open and hopeful community — and children who deserve all the support in the world.

Supplies for a whole year

That's why we provided supplies for a year to all the children in the kindergarten in Gura Ocniței. A simple gesture, but one that means a lot: it means equal opportunities for learning, the joy of coloring, modeling, discovering the world with the same tools and the same confidence.
