Cristian Dumitru

Even though I come from a family of entrepreneurs in the field, my path has been neither short nor easy. I started from the bottom and went through all the stages thoroughly – from working in the kitchen and organizing teams, to developing solid concepts, processes and businesses.
My development has been organic, built over time, step by step, without rushing and without compromise.

In all these years, I have learned that success in HoReCa is not measured only in sales or the number of restaurants, but in the taste you leave people after they leave your table. This belief is also the basis of my soul project – “The Taste of Success”, a podcast through which I share real stories, lessons and perspectives from behind the scenes of life and business, with the aim of inspiring a new generation of people who want to build with meaning.

In the same spirit, I also joined the initiative of the Robin Good Association. I firmly believe that real change begins in the first years of children’s lives — where curiosity, character and the joy of discovering the world are formed. My involvement in this cause comes from the desire to contribute to a future in which every child has the chance to grow up in a safe, educational and opportunity-filled environment, regardless of where they were born.)
